The same great "NEW and IMPROVED" baler features are available on the DP-18, DP-24, & DP-30 products.
They are designed so that the press plate and cylinder can be easily lowered and the side mounted power unit easily removed for shipping (it is "bolted on" ). In addition, they can be easily moved into stockrooms, through hallways / doorways, and into elevators where other suitable waste and recycling equipment may be too large to access those areas. Getting the equipment in position where you can "Compact at the Source" is a labor and cost saving benefit.
*** We have also added the option to use a customer dereeler for wire bale ties or coiled polyester banding as shown on this picture to all of the DP and VB Series Downstroke Balers.

The system is completely self contained within the baler. The power unit has the following features: 20 micron filtering system, soft shift directional valve, and oil heater port. |
